The Recovery Village Kansas City in Raytown, MO is seeking a licensed clinical therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy within a residential treatment setting. You will complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with medical and psychiatric teams.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling/ Social Work/ MFT and MO licensure. CPR and BFA certification are required; prior experience with substance use and

• Licensed in Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LSW, MFTC).
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• CPR and BFA Certification required.

• Sunday-Thursday

Salary Ranges: (Includes Additional Financial Incentives)

• Independently Licensed: $74,880 - $87,776
• Preliminary Licensed: $66,560 - $73,216

Job Duties
