Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Knoxville, Tennessee. We support a nationwide hybrid care model and back you with credentialing, scheduling, billing, and marketing support so you can focus on delivering high-quality care.

The position offers a flexible schedule, a clinician-led environment, and comprehensive onboarding to help you build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• Able to commit to at least 15 sessions per week with 20 hours availability
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools
• Team-oriented and dedicated to measurable client progress

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Knoxville, Tennessee. About the Role

We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Tennessee — LPC-MHSP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
