Job summary

Thriveworks in Cornelius, NC is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Thriveworks is clinician-founded and offers comprehensive support to focus on delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licensure in NC (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in North Carolina.
• Maintain a high-volume caseload (25+ sessions per week) as needed.
• Pursue clinical leadership or supervisory opportunities as part of career growth.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Cornelius, NC.

We’re hiring independently licensed clinicians in North Carolina who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We’re especially interested in:

• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation

Up to $108,100, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
