Thriveworks in Raleigh, NC is seeking licensed clinicians for a flexible mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. As a W2 employee, you’ll receive reliable pay, credentialing support, and access to comprehensive benefits in a nationwide hybrid care model.

Qualified practitioners hold NC licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LPC, or licensed psychologist) and can manage 25+ sessions weekly. The role offers growth potential, team collaboration, and a strong focus on quality patient care.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Raleigh, NC. What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring independently licensed clinicians in North Carolina who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We’re especially interested in:

• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation

Up to $108,100, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
