Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians in North Carolina for a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Cornelius, NC. We welcome LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LPC, and Psychologist candidates who value autonomy and teamwork.

As a W2 employee, you’ll receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay, paid orientation, ongoing professional development, and a structured support system that covers credentialing, scheduling, and billing so you can focus on delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians (Licensed Clinical Social Worker/LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/LMFT, Licensed Professional Counselor/LPC, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor/LCMHC or Licensed Psychologist/PsyD) to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Cornelius, NC.

• Providers willing to see 15-21 sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)

• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications

• North Carolina active and unrestricted:
• LCSW,
• LMFT,
• LCMHC,
• LPC,
• or Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation

Up to $57,900, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
