Job summary

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Charlotte, NC. This role supports a growing national hybrid care model and offers a pathway to leadership opportunities within a clinician-led organization.

The team provides credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, plus bi-weekly pay, paid orientation, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life, disability insurance and a 401k with employer match.

What We're Looking For

• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Compensation

• Up to $108,100, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
