Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Land Surveying Technician in Illinois to join our team. You will handle boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, prepare plats and as-builts, and write legal descriptions. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.

You will manage survey projects, mentor staff, and coordinate client communications to ensure accuracy and timely delivery in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed SIT or PLS in Illinois is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional land surveying experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong survey knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Boundary, Topographic, ALTA/NSPS surveys and related plats.
• Write and review legal descriptions and documentation.
• Manage survey projects from start to finish with timely delivery.
