Job summary

Engineering Enterprises, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Land Surveyor in Illinois to work on boundary, ALTA, IDOT plats, and topographic surveys. You will collaborate with teams to prepare legal descriptions, plats, and roadway deliverables while supporting field operations with modern surveying tools.

Minimum 2–5 years as a licensed PLS in Illinois; proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Trimble Business Center is required. Valid driver’s license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed PLS with 2–5 years of Illinois survey experience.
• Strong AutoCAD/MicroStation and Trimble Business Center knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review boundary/ALTA surveys, plats, and legal descriptions.
• Assist PM with budgets, schedules, and proposals.
• Manage multiple projects and client deadlines.
• Conduct field operations using surveying technology.
