Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Survey Technician to support field crews and project managers in producing precise survey deliverables. Responsibilities include drafting from field data, and producing ALTA, Boundary, and Topographic surveys using Autodesk Civil 3D.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in the Survey/Civil field, experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and familiarity with LiDAR. The role offers on-site work and opportunities for professional growth within our geospatial team.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Survey/Civil profession required.
• 2+ years of AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience.
• LASER Scanning/LiDAR experience a plus.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform selected drafting assignments quickly and accurately.
• Transform field-collected data into Autodesk Civil 3D drawings.
• Produce ALTA, Boundary, Topographic Surveys, As-Built drawings, maps and subdivision plans.
• Reduce field notes into survey base maps.
