Reliant Medical Group in Worcester, MA is seeking a full-time Licensed Substance Use Disorder Psychotherapist (LICSW or LMHC) to join our integrated care team. You will work with primary care clinicians to provide behavioral health treatment, including substance use disorders, using evidence-based approaches in a supportive setting.

The role offers in-person or telehealth sessions and opportunities for clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for behavioral health disorders including substance use disorders.
• Deliver short-term therapy using evidence-based tools like CBT and motivational interviewing.
• Collaborate with Primary Care providers in an integrated care model.
• Provide care in-person and via telehealth as needed.
• Possibility to provide supervision to early career clinicians.
