Ideal Option PLLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) to provide patient-centered SUD counseling in both in-person and virtual settings, supporting outpatient care including MAT, with thorough documentation in the EHR.

The role collaborates with medical and behavioral health teams, conducts assessments using PHQ-9 and GAD-7, coordinates care, and adheres to NM licensing, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with personal computers for word processing or electronic spreadsheets.
• LADAC licensed in New Mexico.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive SUD assessments and evaluations
• Administer and document PHQ-9 and GAD-7 screening tools
• Provide individual counseling using evidence-based approaches
