Central Minnesota Mental Health Center is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join our Outpatient Substance Use Disorder program in St. Cloud. This role focuses on the case management of an outpatient adult evening SUD group at our St. Cloud Campus.

The LADC conducts chemical health evaluations, develops intervention and recovery plans, and facilitates group sessions, with duties including documentation and adherence to policy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemical health or related field.
• Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC) according to Minnesota statutes.
• Clear DHS background study and sexual exploitations screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care to outpatient SUD clients.
• Provide case management services for outpatient SUD clients.
• Maintain documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, attendance, and discharge summaries according to policy.
