Design Alaska Inc. in Fairbanks, AK is seeking a licensed Structural Engineer, or an engineer nearing licensure, to join our multidisciplinary team.

As a full-service architecture, engineering, and surveying firm, we design commercial and institutional facilities across Alaska and offer a collaborative environment and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities include seismic design, BIM modeling, construction administration, and client relationship development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university with structural coursework.
• Interest in mentoring EITs and interns and developing client relationships.
• Experience with Revit and structural analysis software.

Responsabilités

• Structural design from concept through construction.
• Seismic design and detailing.
• Structural damage assessment and repair design.
• BIM modeling and coordination.
• Construction administration and site visits.
• Cost estimating and technical reporting.
