Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; relevant leadership experience in retail.
• Optician licensure or ABO certification preferred or required.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a diverse team through change.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and drive sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales and profits through personal selling and management of staff.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing and hiring of sales associates.
• Coach associates to enable promotion and growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and federal/state laws.
• Direct store operations to meet corporate sales, merchandising, and service goals.
• Oversee training to ensure high skill and initiative among staff.
