Pearle Vision, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Licensed Store Manager for our Melbourne store in Florida. You will lead a team to achieve sales, patient care goals, and store operations excellence, while coaching associates and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, budgeting, inventory oversight, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong retail leadership background and an OPTICIAN licensure or ABO is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, equivalent experience.
• Optician licensure or ABO.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail-like environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Availability to work early mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to plan and execute company programs within budget.

Responsibilities

• Follows up on tasks to ensure store runs on a sound operational basis.
• Empowers associates to make decisions.
• Drives results by conveying urgency and directing issues to closure.
• Leads OD business partnership and co-planning.
• Ensures store meets sales, merchandising and patient care goals.
• Recruits and hires high-caliber sales associates.
• Coaches and develops associates for promotion and future growth.
• Ensures the store is in compliance with HR policies and laws.
