Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS) is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN position at a partner senior living facility in Saint Mary of Woods, Terre Haute, Indiana. The role supports a full-time therapy team during vacations and planned time off, offering flexible scheduling in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

The SLP will assess, plan, implement, and monitor rehabilitative services, collaborating with nursing, physicians, and families to enhance residents’

Competenze

• Active Indiana SLP license or eligible to obtain one.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence required (CCC-SLP).
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN) – Senior Living Facility

HTS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for residents to identify communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident’s needs
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions
• Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including nursing staff, physicians, and family members, to ensure coordinated care
• Educate residents and their families on strategies to support communication and swallowing safety

Requirements

• Applicants must have an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
