Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence.
