HTS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis at our partner senior living facility located in Saint Mary of Woods, Terre Haute, Indiana. Job Details

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for residents to identify communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident’s needs
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing functions
• Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including nursing staff, physicians, and family members, to ensure coordinated care
• Educate residents and their families on strategies to support communication and swallowing safety

Requirements

• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
