Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS) is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN position at a partner senior living facility in Saint Mary of Woods, Terre Haute, Indiana. The role supports a full-time therapy team during vacations and planned time off, offering flexible scheduling in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana SLP license or eligible to obtain one.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence required (CCC-SLP).
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for residents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing functions.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (nursing, physicians, family) for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families on communication and swallowing safety.
