Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

• Prepare and maintain progress notes, recertification documentation, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Complete documentation in compliance with standards.
• Discharge residents from therapy when goals are achieved.

HTS is currently seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis at our partner senior living community in Rushville, Indiana. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
