Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.
• Licensure as IL LPC/LCPC/LSW/LCSW/LMFT required.
• Experience in addictions treatment and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Provides individual and group psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and youth.
• Coordinates services with Health Directions team members.
• Manages caseload and adheres to regulatory requirements for services.
• Participates in design and implementation of outpatient addiction services.
• Deliver services to the private insurance population.
