Job summary
Centerstone is hiring a School Based Therapist to deliver evidence-based mental health services in local school settings in Macomb, IL. You will assess, diagnose, and treat students, collaborating with families and school staff to support emotional, behavioral, and academic outcomes.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Illinois licensure (LSW/LPC/LCPC/LCSW) required or pursuing licensure.
- Experience delivering school-based therapy and telehealth is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to students during the school day to support emotional, behavioral, and academic needs.
- Manage a clinical caseload aligned with agency guidelines.
- Develop treatment plans with school staff and families for coordinated care.
