First Citizens is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker in Charleston to build full financial relationships with mass affluent clients, guiding them on loans, deposits, investments, and wealth planning. You’ll collaborate with investment and insurance specialists to provide goals-based planning and services, while supporting branch and sales partners.

The role may be licensed or non-licensed and requires strong relationship management, financial guidance, and knowledge of retail banking products.

Competenze

• Senior Relationship Banker Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial services relationship management, retail banking, private banking, or wealth management OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial services relationship management, retail banking, private banking, or wealth management

• Sales - Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned. Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach. Represent the Bank in the community to generate business and CRA opportunities. Engage in sales practices that create value for customer and bank.
