Job summary

First Citizens is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to cultivate and manage a book of mass affluent clients. You will provide financial guidance, coordinate with investment and insurance specialists, and tailor solutions that align with customers’ goals.

The role includes driving deposits, loans and referrals through proactive outreach and community engagement. Licensed or non-licensed candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in financial services relationship management, retail banking, private banking, or wealth management.
• Or high school diploma with 8+ years in financial services relationship management, retail banking, private banking, or wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual or team financial, production and relationship goals.
• Engage customers, prospects and referrals through proactive outreach.
• Represent the bank in the community to generate business and CRA opportunities.
• Provide guidance and discuss financial options with clients.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and bank policies.
• Collaborate with branch, mortgage, FCIS and sales partners to grow relationships.
