First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to cultivate full financial relationships with mass affluent clients across the assigned book. You will provide financial guidance, collaborate with investment and insurance partners, and address loan and deposit needs to align with customers’ goals.

The role may be licensed or non-licensed and involves proactive outreach, community engagement, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years in financial services relationship management or related field.
• Or High School Diploma plus 8 years in Financial services relationship management, retail banking, private banking, or wealth management.
• Must have or acquire Series 6 or 7, 63, and state life licenses within 120 days of hire date; must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results aligned with goals.
• Engage with customers, prospects and referrals; represent the Bank in the community for CRA opportunities.
• Collaborate with branch and sales partners to build and manage full financial relationships; ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
