First Citizens Bank in North Carolina seeks a Senior Premier Relationship Banker (or Premier Relationship Banker) to build and manage mass affluent client relationships through proactive outreach and partnerships with investment, insurance and mortgage partners.

The role emphasizes financial guidance, loan and deposit solutions, and collaboration with branch and business banking teams to deliver goals while maintaining regulatory compliance and service standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience in financial services relationship management, retail banking, private banking, or wealth management.
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in financial services relationship management, retail banking, private banking, or wealth management.
• Preferred area of experience: 2+ years in a licensed role.
• Must have or acquire Series 6 or 7, 63, and state specific life insurance licenses within 120 days of hire date; federal registration and annual renewal per SAFE Act.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; position requires frequent driving to other offices and clients.
