Job summary

Constellation seeks Initial License Trainees (ILT) to become licensed Senior Reactor Operators (SRO) at Nine Mile Point Generating Station, Oswego, NY. The program trains you to supervise licensed reactor operators in the control room and to be prepared for NRC licensing.

Successful trainees will advance to an Operations Shift Supervisor role with responsibilities for emergency response, outage support, and coordination with management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• SRO Instructor certification with 4+ years of experience at a comparable facility.

Responsibilities

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) with classroom and on-the-job training.
• Complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license and perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as directed, including emergency response, outage support, and coverage.
