Job summary

Moses/Weitzman Health System is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician - Licensed SBHC to join a school-based clinic. You will support students and families, perform diagnostic psychosocial evaluations, develop care plans, and provide individual, group, or family therapy as appropriate.

The role focuses on direct client care within a CHC setting, with possible supervision of interns and staff. Documentation must meet Joint Commission standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinicians preferred: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (CT) or eligible with associate license
• Minimum two years of outpatient experience with children and/or adults
• Written and oral bilingual fluency in language spoken by patient population preferred (e.g., English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Completes initial behavioral health evaluations and provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
• Runs at least five groups per week.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and coordinates with psychiatric or medical providers.
• Documents all clinical interventions per state regulations and Joint Commission standards.
• Supervises interns or unlicensed staff as allowed.
• Performs crisis interventions and assesses safety concerns as needed.
