Job summary

The Behavioral Health Clinician – Licensed SBHC at Community Health Center, Inc. supports students and families as a CHC employee in a school based clinic, performing diagnostic psychosocial evaluations and developing care plans with clients and families.

Provides individual, family, or group therapy and collaborates with psychiatric/medical providers as part of the care team. The position is full-time, calendar-based (195 days/year), with documentation and supervision responsibilities,

Qualifications

• Licensure in CT as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist preferred.
• Minimum two years of outpatient experience with children and/or adults.
• Written and oral bilingual fluency in language spoken by patient population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral health evaluations and provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and refer to psychiatric or medical providers as needed.
• Document all clinical interventions per CHC policy and Joint Commission standards.
• Maintain productivity and participate in team meetings and program development.
