SmartStyle, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a licensed Salon Manager to lead daily operations, coach stylists, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in Texas.

The role emphasizes profitability, staff development, and delivering all SmartStyle haircare services while maintaining high guest satisfaction. Flexible schedule with evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• Excellent communication and basic administrative abilities.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and work with fragrances/chemicals.
