SmartStyle Hair Salon is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Salon Manager to lead daily operations, coach stylists, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in Arlington, TX.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily salon operations
• Provide exceptional guest services
• Coach and develop stylists to grow clientele
• Drive profitability and retail performance
• Recruit, hire, train, and support staff
• Handle staff relations and client concerns
• Deliver all SmartStyle haircare services
