Job summary

SmartStyle Salons in Reno, NV, is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Salon Manager who leads with confidence, develops talent, and delivers exceptional guest experiences. You will coach stylists, manage daily operations, drive profitability, and recruit and train staff to grow the team and client base.

This role requires a Nevada cosmetology or barber license, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Nevada Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• Excellent communication and basic administrative abilities.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and work with fragrances/chemicals.
