Job summary

Regis Corporate operates SmartStyle salons and is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Salon Manager in Texas. The role leads a high-performing salon culture, coaches stylists, and delivers exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and retail performance.

You will manage daily operations, recruit and train staff, and ensure compliance with license requirements. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, tips, and benefits; requiring a valid Texas cosmetology or barber license and

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License is required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and basic administrative skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily salon operations
• Provide exceptional guest services
• Coach and develop stylists to grow clientele
• Drive profitability and retail performance

• Deliver all SmartStyle haircare services
