SmartStyle, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a Salon Manager who leads with confidence, develops talent, and delivers outstanding guest experiences. You will coach, motivate, and create a high‑performance salon culture in Texas.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, driving profitability and retail, recruiting and training staff, and handling guest concerns while delivering all SmartStyle services. This full‑time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends).
• Leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and basic administrative skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals.
