The role is full-time in Texas with a valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License required, plus strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License.
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
• Leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• Strong communication and basic administrative skills.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals.

• Average earnings of $25-$45/hr. (including base pay, commissions, and tips)
