What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs.
- Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent the employer's brand with integrity, ensuring customers receive quality products and services.
- Adapt to different work environments, whether in-office or remote, while maintaining a professional workspace.
- Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, starting with a mid-morning shift.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both prospects and customers.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire.
