We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our RockAsphalt brand to government agencies throughout your territory.

You will receive extensive training and mentorship from experienced sales professionals who will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Your Impact: What to Expect

Your primary responsibility will be to expand our customer base by selling our asphalt products directly to municipalities within your territory; your daily activities will include:

Traveling to meet prospective and existing clients within your territory.

Creating and executing strategic plans to best serve the customer base in your territory.

Identifying new business opportunities through direct client engagement, networking, and attending trade shows.

Nurturing and growing existing accounts and new accounts you win.

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.

Expect a challenging environment with the potential for significant reward. This job requires travel throughout your territory with some overnight stays, and at times, travel outside standard business hours.
