As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong community relationships. You will use your insurance knowledge and sales skills to help customers understand the value of insurance and foster long-term relationships through trusted advice.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
2. Identify and qualify sales leads from various sources.
3. Help protect customers by offering suitable Allstate products.
4. Serve the community by assisting in preparation for life’s uncertainties.
5. Educate prospective customers on protecting their families and assets.
6. Provide a positive customer experience.

Job Qualifications

1. Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience is preferred but not required.
2. No prior insurance experience necessary.
3. Willing to obtain Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses upon hire (existing licenses are a plus).
4. Confident, motivated, and able to work independently.
5. Capable of multitasking, following through, and following up.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
