Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Sales Producer role based in Troy, MI. The Licensed Sales Producer will advise customers on insurance products, provide policy recommendations, and generate new business through outbound and inbound sales activities. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing applications, and following up on leads to ensure timely and accurate service. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in agency systems, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and collaborating with team members and leadership to support agency growth. The Licensed Sales Producer will participate in regular training to stay current on product changes, state regulations, and sales best practices.
