Conoryea & Associates American Family Insurance in Eagan, MN seeks a Licensed Sales Producer to grow the book of business through proactive prospecting and needs-based conversations. You’ll build relationships, present personalized quotes, and recommend insurance solutions while working in a hybrid office/remote setup.

The role rewards strong sales performance with a competitive base, commission, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong sales experience required for unlicensed candidates.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, professional, and coachable.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through leads, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers' goals.
• Recommend insurance solutions that fit each customer's needs.
• Prepare and present personalized quotes.
• Explain coverage options, products, and discounts.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes.
• Work with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.

What We're Looking For

Licensed and experienced insurance sales professionals are preferred. However, strong sales candidates who are not yet licensed are encouraged to apply.

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred.
