You will engage in providing information, follow-ups, and relationship-building to expand opportunities while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• One-year related experience preferred
• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law
• Background and drug screening may be required
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding property use and location amenities; make recommendations based on owner information
• Follow up on referrals from Owners
• Fulfill requests regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, and portfolio information
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and develop business opportunities (reloads, referrals)
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts for effective follow-up
