Job summary

Deephaven Woods Senior Living in Deephaven, MN is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to oversee health services for residents in a casual role. This position ensures safety and health needs are met and works under Ebenezer leadership.

The RN will perform assessments, coordinate with doctors, supervise staff, manage medications, and maintain compliance with Minnesota regulations.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota and in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or enrollment within 3 weeks of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident health status assessments and documentation.
• Coordinate health services and communication with residents and providers.
• Manage medication administration and supplies.
• Supervise staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure service agreements and advance care planning (POLST).
