Ebenezer is seeking a Director of Health Services - RN for Meadow Woods Assisted Living in Bloomington, MN. You will provide executive nursing leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care across all shifts.

This role requires oversight of budgeting, staffing, and policy development to support Ebenezer’s mission of healing, discovery, and education for healthier lives. The position includes day-shift leadership with 80 hours biweekly, and supervisory responsibility

Qualifications

• RN with MN Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association/Red Cross)
• 1 year of relevant nursing/administrative experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees Resident Centered Care and care plans.
• Ensures clinical compliance with regulations and Ebenezer standards.
• Develops nursing policies reflecting current practice and Ebenezer philosophy.
• Manages nursing department budget and staffing resources.
• Leads coordination of resident care with internal teams.
• Ensures 24/7 RN on-call availability.
