Ebenezer is seeking a registered nurse to oversee health services in a Deephaven, MN assisted living community. The role focuses on assessments, care coordination, medication administration, and regulatory compliance to ensure resident safety and quality care.

The position requires RN licensure in Minnesota, BLS certification, and the ability to supervise licensed and unlicensed staff while collaborating with internal and external providers.

Competenze

• RN licensure with MN Board of Nursing
• Current BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7
• Experience in authorized health-care settings preferred

Mansioni

• Maintain current assessment and documentation of resident health status.
• Coordinate resident health services with internal and external providers.
• Oversee medication and treatment administration and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and staff supervision.
• Support Director of Health Services in monitoring staff performance and scheduling supervisory visits
