Job summary

On Q Property Management in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a full-time Property Manager with residential property management experience to join our in-office team. You will be the main point of contact for owners and residents across a portfolio of 250–350 properties, delivering exceptional service, coordinating maintenance, and enforcing community rules.

The role requires a current AZ Real Estate license, strong organizational skills, and aptitude for leveraging technology to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Active AZ Real Estate License is required.
• 1+ year of experience in single-family property management.
• Familiarity with residential leases, addendums, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide superb customer service to owners and tenants in person and over the phone.
• Facilitate maintenance requests, investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
• Collect rents, send 5-day notices, create bills/invoices as needed.
• Resolve compliance issues and enforce occupancy and community rules.
• Renew leases and coordinate unit turns between occupancies.
• Address escalations within the portfolio promptly.
