Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma.
• A minimum of 1 year of caregiver experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license with car insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility by overseeing daily operations and ensuring shifts are covered.
• Directly supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and provide training to ensure employee success.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
• Support clients with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation.
