Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Licensed Real Estate Professional based in Cape Coral, FL. This role is ideal for motivated agents who are looking to grow their business within a collaborative brokerage that provides strong support, systems, and branding power.

Responsibilities include representing clients in residential and/or commercial transactions, conducting property showings, generating and nurturing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing transactions from contract to close. Agents are expected to deliver a high level of service while building a sustainable pipeline of business.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions
• Strong communication and client service skills with a relationship-focused mindset

• Working knowledge of Florida real estate laws and contract procedures
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple transactions
• Familiarity with the Cape Coral / Southwest Florida market is highly valued
