We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team and make an immediate impact in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. In this role, you will work with company generated and self-generated buyers and sellers on the sell/purchase of their homes and investment properties. You will be given the opportunity to work with a wide array of clients and prospects from first‑time homebuyers to seasoned investors.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team
• Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
• Buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
• Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings
• Attend weekly meetings and collaborate with our supportive staff in SWFL and CA/TX/TN
