Job summary

Colen Built Development is seeking a Community Specialist in Ocala, FL. This licensed real estate professional will develop productive relationships with generated leads and guide prospects to a successful sale while meeting individual and corporate goals.

Responsibilities include lead management, goal setting, product knowledge, community standards, and active participation in sales calls. Florida Real Estate License is required with 3+ years of sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Real Estate Sales experience required.
• Current Florida Real Estate License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contact and management of leads to achieve the anticipated sale.
• Establishes achievable individual goals and objectives for optimum sales performance.
• Maintains thorough product knowledge at all times.
• Understands community standards and HOA requirements.
• Promotes and shares an overview of the community and amenities.
• Participates in sales calls and prospect reviews.
• Optimizes lead management through each phase of the contract and qualification process.
• Maintains accurate CRM records and notes on all interactions.
