Qualifications

• 3+ years of Real Estate Sales experience required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contact and management of leads to achieve the anticipated sale.
• Establishes goals and objectives for optimum sales performance.
• Promotes and shares an overview of the community and its amenities.
• Maintains accurate records for prospect tracking in the CRM.
• Delivers follow-up messaging and outreach to move buyers through the cycle.
